About Our Practice

Market Dental Kinsale was established in 2015 and is a brand new surgery with modern, state of the art equipment and technology.  We are conveniently located in the heart of the beautiful, picturesque town of Kinsale at Market Square.  Ample parking is available, free of charge, just a minute’s walk away at the church car park.

We cater for patients from all walks of life from the very young to busy professionals to retired couples.  We are conscious of your time and value your custom.  To accommodate our patients we offer early mornings, lunchtime, late evenings and Saturday appointments so there is always a time to suit you.

We understand that many patients dread a visit to the dentist and we welcome reluctant and nervous patients.  We are ready to listen to your worries and concerns and strive to provide you with clear and understandable explanations of treatments and likely outcomes.  We assure you that we endeavour to make patient comfort our priority and use only the most up to date techniques for anaesthesia and pain control. It is our aim to develop a friendly and caring relationship with our patients so that they will leave the surgery with a beautiful new smile and a new, more positive attitude to dental treatment.

Prevention is always better than cure and we believe that early intervention achieved through regular visits can lessen the likelihood and complicated and costly treatments down the road.  The importance of adequate oral hygiene through brushing and flossing and regular hygiene visits to remove tartar and staining cannot be overstressed.  It is always best to keep your natural teeth, but should a situation arise where extraction is unavoidable, we can provide and advise on a number of options to replace missing teeth in order to restore and retain a beautiful smile and provide adequate support for chewing.
